Are you an experienced and personable Care Worker? Do you have experience with behavioral and SEN support knowledge and are now seeking to join a thriving college? We are currently looking for a passionate Care Worker to take a step into the education sector and join an excellent team. If you are a Care Worker or have experience working with children, then this is the perfect role for you!
About the role:
Care Worker to support students 16 – 25 years old.
Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
Develop positive interactions to build confidence and self-esteem.
To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the progress of students is prioritized.
Requisitos
Available to work 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday.
Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
Available immediately to work as a Care Worker.
Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service.
