As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities; £12 - £13 an hour
- Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans.
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with learning differences.
- Collaborate with teachers to create differentiated lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust support plans if needed.
- Assist with classroom organization.
- Build positive relationships with students and their families.
Requisitos
Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant.
Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS.
