As a Part-Time Youth Support Worker in our College SEN (Special Educational Needs) program, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to; £85 - £95 a day - Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs within the college setting, assisting them in achieving their educational goals. - Collaborate with the college staff and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring their specific needs are met. - Support students in accessing the curriculum and adapting learning materials, as necessary, to accommodate their learning styles and abilities. - Assist students in developing social and life skills, promoting their independence and self-advocacy. - Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for students, encouraging their participation and engagement in college activities.

Work Type: Full-time Teaching Assistant Position - 6 months education experience required. Duration: 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. £87 - £100 a day As a SEND Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include: -Assisting in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classes. -Collaborating with teachers to create engaging and effective learning experiences for students. - Implementing individualized education plans and supporting students with diverse abilities. - Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) between the ages of 16; £85 - £95 a day - Work with teachers to plan and deliver learning activities that meet the individual needs of students with SEND. - Provide one-to-one support for students with additional needs. - Assist with class activities, including supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and physical needs. Foster a safe and positive learning environment for all students. - Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and senior leadership. - Attend meetings with parents, teachers, and other professionals as required.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities; £12 - £13 an hour - Work with teachers to identify students who need additional support and develop individualized support plans. - Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with learning differences. - Collaborate with teachers to create differentiated lesson plans. - Monitor student progress and adjust support plans if needed. - Assist with classroom organization. - Build positive relationships with students and their families.
