About the Role
Are you an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant? Do you have experience with behavioural and SEN support knowledge and are now seeking to join a thriving college? We are currently looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to cover a full time and long-term assignment for the full academic year 2022/2023. If you are a Learning Support Assistant or have experience working with children, then this is the perfect role for you!
About the role:
Learning Support Assistant to support students 16 – 25 years old
Create a safe, engaging and enjoyable learning experience
Develop positive interactions to build confidence and self-esteem
To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure progress of students is prioritised
Requirements
Available to work 08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs
Able to carry out personal care as part of the role
Available immediately to work as a Learning Support Assistant
Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service
