About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN in their academic, social, and emotional development. £85 - £90 a day.
Requirements
Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on Update Service - or willing to apply.
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is highly desirable.
A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge of different learning needs and strategies to support students with SEN.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
