About the Role
As a Behavioral Support Mentor, you will work closely with students who may exhibit challenging behavior to identify and address the root cause of their behavior, provide support and guidance, and develop individualized plans to help them succeed. £13 - £14 an hour.
Requirements
Work one-on-one with students to identify and address challenging behavior
Develop individualized plans to support students in achieving academic and personal goals
Help students develop effective coping and communication skills
Monitor student progress and adjust plans as necessary
Provide emotional and social support to students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success
Maintain accurate records of student progress
