About the Role
Are you a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant or Behaviour Mentor? Are you in search of a loving, exceptional school and wish to contribute to its mission? We are now recruiting for an outstanding school in Croydon as they are looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to inspire and support secondary male students with Social and Emotional Mental Health needs.
About the role:
To foster a nurturing environment that encourages the student's growth.
To offer personalised teaching and learning in a behaviour-needs environment.
To enable creative ways of communicating concepts to children.
A devoted Behaviour Mentor to support the class teacher and assist students in 1:1.
Requirements
Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Previous experience supporting children or young adults with additional needs.
Available immediately to work as a Behaviour Mentor.
Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced DBS.
