About the Role
We are on the search for driven, resilient, and self-motived people to join our new growing London Soho Office. Our new trainee programme kicks off in February!
The leaders in the business have a combined 30+ years successfully in the recruitment sector. We are on the look out for the future leaders of the business who will be trainees we hire over the next 18 months.
Plans over the next 18 months:
15 person headcount- grow to 30 in our London HQ
Open office in Manchester
Job Role:
- 360 role for the Education market.
- Recruiting for short-term, long-term and permanent SEND teaching and support positions.
- Sourcing candidates and building talent pools of specialist SEND staff.
- Managing entire recruitment cycle with responsibility for large volume accounts.
- Business development and continued sales marketing to both candidates and clients.
- Proactively and consistently striving to identify new client and candidate opportunities.
- Building new and maintaining relationship.
- Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures, including accurate database management.
Requirements
