To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A degree in any discipline, with a strong subject knowledge in English and Maths.
A demonstrated passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
Previous experience working with children, whether paid or voluntary, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to establish positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to support a diverse range of pupils.
